The Handsome Goof with a Big Heart Meet Chucho, a 3-year-old Collie mix who’s as gorgeous as he is fun-loving. He was rescued alongside his girlfriend, Luna (talk about #relationshipgoals), and while they’d love to be adopted together, they’re both adaptable enough to find happiness separately too. Chucho is the kind of dog who greets everyone like an old friend — zero hesitation, just straight to tail wags and “let’s hang out.” He’s confident, social, and always up for some fun. He used to be a little protective of Luna, but now that he knows the world isn’t so scary, he’s blossomed into a happy, balanced boy who plays beautifully with other pups. This guy has energy to spare (we’re talking a solid 9/10 on the “let’s go do stuff” scale), so he’s looking for an active home that loves daily adventures. He’s playful, goofy, and thrives with a canine sibling to wrestle, chase, or tug-of-war with. He does well with older kids who understand boundaries and responds brilliantly to positive reinforcement training — he really just wants to make his people proud. On the practical side: he’s fully potty trained, crate trained, and walks fairly well on leash (though he might give you a little pull if he spots something exciting). He’s also respectful of hands and belongings, not mouthy, and doesn’t have escape artist tendencies. Basically, he’s an all-around great dog wrapped in one very handsome package. If you’re looking for a dog who can keep up with your adventures, make you laugh with his antics, and still cuddle up at the end of the day, Chucho’s your guy.
