About Marshmellow
Marshmellow is an 8–12 month old neutered male, weighing in as a stocky medium-sized Shepherd/Husky mix. His best days involve romping with other dogs, wrestling low to the ground, and joining in on play sessions with plenty of energy to spare. He gets along really well with dogs and is learning the ropes of basic obedience and leash walking. Marshmellow is kennel trained and mostly house trained, though he’s still brushing up on perfect house manners. He’s reactive to cats, so a feline-free home is a must. Initially shy around new people, Marshmellow turns into a warm, loyal friend once he knows you. He’s doing well with children but needs reminders not to jump in excitement—something he’s getting better at each day. Marshmellow came into rescue with his sibling after being saved from a tough situation. He's now up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and current on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. This is a dog who loves a good walk and then is happy to curl up for a cuddle once the excitement winds down. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
