Twila was picked up by Contra Costa Animal Control while running at large. No one ever came for her so she came to ROF for us to find her a great forever home. Twila is a 1 - 2 year old spayed female Rottweiler. She is a smaller sized female and is super people sweet. Twila is crate and leash trained and comes with free lifetime obedience training classes.
