Shelby was found dumped on the Southside of Indianapolis with his sister, Sumner this past fall. He is approximately 11 months old now and so ready to find his forever home! He loves to play, snuggle, and hang out with other dogs! He is a shy guy and will need time to warm up and adjust to a new normal.
