About Dingo

Click apply to start the adoption process. Dingo is now ready for adoption! This sweet boy was discovered in Leonard Park, likely abandoned, but he's showing incredible resilience. At around one year old and weighing just 41 lbs, he still has some growing and filling out to do. Dingo is dog friendly and has a daycare certification, making him a perfect companion for households with other friendly pups. While he hasn't been tested with cats, it's suspected he'd do best in a cat-free home. Dingo is always up for a run and play session, hinting at his likely shepherd or husky mix heritage. He's both potty and crate trained, which makes for an easier transition to a new home. While he can be shy with new people due to a rough past, he warms up quickly and is eager to show his gentle heart. He is most comfortable in a calm environment, so a home without small children would be ideal, especially since sudden hand movements can make him feel uneasy. You’ll be happy to know that Dingo is vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on preventative care. If you’re searching for an affectionate, playful companion who’s ready to start a brighter chapter, Dingo is waiting to meet you. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
