Mia spent her early life surviving on the streets until a kind woman coaxed her off the run. After weeks in the shelter—frightened and overlooked—she landed on the euthanasia list, but just in time, found her way to a foster home. With patience and the company of gentle, confident dogs, Mia’s confidence began to grow. She takes her time trusting new humans, especially men, but bonds deeply once she feels safe. She adores women, is wonderful with kids over 8, and blossoms with gentle handling. Mia is house trained, crate trained, and quietly sleeps on a dog bed in your room. Leash walks are still a work in progress, but she’s making steady strides. Mia lives with cats but would do best in a cat-free home. She delights in lap time, fluffy beds, and her favorite summer game—chasing water from the hose. Mia isn’t mean, just shy, and finding the right calm, patient household will make all the difference for her. Born November 1, she’s a proud Scorpio—loyal and quietly determined.
