With a heart of gold and determination, she found him a "loving home,“ but yet again, Chap was abandoned and ended up in the Upson County shelter as a stray. This superstar not only gets along fabulously with all dogs—he has a special talent for mentoring the puppies (that’s a big role! 🐶)—but he’s also a cuddly teddy bear! He adores toys and is so sweet, it’s practically criminal!
