About Justus
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Justus is a stunning Pit Bull Terrier mix with a story of true resilience. Born in 2015, he was rescued from heartbreaking neglect and abuse in Texas, arriving barely able to move after suffering a traumatic spinal injury that was left untreated. Thanks to committed physical therapy and his own determination, Justus now enjoys a full life—running, playing, and showing off his now-gorgeous coat. He absolutely adores his humans and bonds closely, especially with older children. To thrive, Justus needs to be the only pet in a peaceful, suburban home with a yard, as he is reactive to loud noises and does not share well with other animals. Justus is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. If you are ready to show this special boy the love and devotion he has always deserved, he’s waiting to meet you. Transport support is available if you live far from the rescue. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
