About Charlie Bear
Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today. Charlie Bear is having a tough time after losing his longtime home of seven years when his beloved owner passed away. Life in the shelter is a struggle for him, especially since he’s now surrounded by the one thing he’s always feared—other dogs. Charlie is a friendly, gentle, and sweet mid-sized senior mixed breed who absolutely loves people and is happiest keeping them company. He is not comfortable around other dogs and finds walks in busy areas or trips to dog parks overwhelming. The best home for him will not have other pets, and will offer a calm environment where he can be his well-mannered, easygoing self and enjoy a fenced yard with relaxing walks in quiet areas. If you want to truly make a difference for a deserving, lovable dog who just needs the right setting, Charlie will no doubt reward you with loyalty and affection. Please consider offering the stability and peace he misses so dearly. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
