Jasper is a 45-pound, young terrier mix with a striking black and cream coat and a big, open face. Though found wandering alone, he hasn’t let it sour his spirit. At just about 1 year old, Jasper is full of energy and sometimes forgets his own strength, but there isn’t a hint of aggression in him. He’s house trained and gets along well with other dogs, though he’ll benefit from a bit of basic training to learn boundaries. Jasper comes neutered and current on his rabies and DA2PP vaccines. All adoptions require a local, in-person meeting; transport is not available and adoptions are limited to the area.
