About Happy
Start your journey together! Apply now. Happy is a charming two-year-old spayed female Corgi and Labrador Retriever mix who is ready for a fresh start after her journey from an overcrowded rescue in Puerto Rico. Abandoned with her mother and siblings, Happy is beginning to thrive as a house pet. She is a sweet, gentle soul, a little timid at first, but her affectionate personality shines through once she feels comfortable. Happy gets along well with other dogs and would truly benefit from living with a confident, calm canine friend to help her continue to grow. She enjoys children and is learning how much fun it is to play with toys, slowly opening up to new experiences in a loving home environment. Initially, Happy may be vocal when meeting new people, but she settles quickly and is soon seeking companionship. She is crate trained and house trained, making her an easy fit for most families. A positive reinforcement training class would help her further build confidence and manners, ensuring she reaches her fullest potential as a beloved family member. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
