About Sheila
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Meet Sheila! This sweet mama dog was found nursing her pups on the streets of LA, doing everything she could to keep them safe and sound. Thankfully, a caring rescuer took Sheila and her whole family into care, providing the love and security they so deserved. Sheila was an amazing, attentive mom—one of the best her rescuers had ever seen. Now that all of her puppies have been adopted, she’s waiting patiently to find her own person or family to devote her loyal and loving heart to. Sheila has a new toddler best friend and has shown that she’s wonderful with kids! With her gentle, chill personality, Sheila thrives around calm people who respect her boundaries while she warms up. She does great with other dogs, and while she hasn’t been around cats, her low prey drive suggests she could make a nice kitty companion. Sheila is a petite husky mix, fully grown at about 50 pounds, sporting a beautiful gray and white coat. Please consider welcoming this incredible girl into your home and heart. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
