Sweet Baby Angel……… That’s what I call him often but you can call him Penn. He is a gentle warrior. He recently came to Pug Hearts after surviving the streets of Mexico and is now bravely looking for his forever home. He is so calm and gets along well with the other dogs. His body shows some evidence of his prior life: He is trying to gain some weight, he recently lost his left eye and his vision in the right is possibly lights and shadows. This doesn’t stop this boy from exploring his surroundings with sweet curiosity. He navigates my house pretty well. He is otherwise healthy. He is 5 years old and is heartworm negative.
