About Margie
Meet Margie, the spirited four-year-old pug recently welcomed into rescue. She earns her “Large Marge” nickname easily—this confident girl sports a bigger build and absolutely refuses to blend into the background. Margie brings a playful personality and a joyful attitude everywhere she goes. She especially loves water, so if you have a pool, Margie would be more than happy to hop right in and splash the day away with you. Though Margie is currently heartworm positive and will need to complete treatment before heading to her forever home, applications are already open. You can even pre-adopt her while she gets the medical care she needs. Margie is not yet house trained, but her enthusiasm, affectionate nature, and larger-than-life charm may just make her the perfect companion for someone looking for summer adventures and year-round excitement. Stay tuned as more of her story unfolds. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
