Saturn
AvailableSaturn is a brown domestic short hair cat located in Dayton, OH. She’s an adult female, about 5 years and 1 month old, on the larger side, and has a sleek short coat. She is spayed, vaccinated, and house trained. Saturn has special needs and will do best in a quiet home.
About Saturn
Saturn came in with Pluto and their mom from a house where people rarely touched them, so she’s still unsure of humans. You’ll see her freeze up or slink away at first, but with real patience, she turns into a total softie—leaning into pets and melting for cuddles when she finally feels safe. Pluto and Saturn have always had each other, but they aren’t actually bonded, so separating them may even help her confidence. For Saturn, the best fit is a quieter household with at least one other cat who can show her the ropes, ideally one with a laid-back personality. She does well with other cats and has lived with dogs too, but what she wants most is an adopter who will give her time to come out of her shell. She’s an adult, spayed, up to date on her shots, and tested for FeLV/FIV. One astrological note: Saturn is an Aries, so persistence and resilience run in her chart. She just needs you to go slow and be gently consistent while she learns to trust. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.

Questions about Saturn
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Saturn, as a domestic short hair, will thrive in almost any home, but a calm, predictable environment will help her most given her nervous background. She values quieter spaces where she can retreat and adjust at her pace.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Domestic short hairs like Saturn do not require outdoor access and are quite content as indoor cats. Given Saturn’s shy disposition, an indoor-only arrangement is ideal to keep her feeling safe.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Many domestic short hair cats do great with children, though Saturn herself would prefer calmer households. She’ll do best in homes without noisy or unpredictable young children, where her boundaries are respected.
