As everyone who’s been blessed by a black cat in their lives knows, they are indeed magical and mysterious creatures. That’s the case with stunning Mystik, rescued from life outside with her siblings. Mystik, who was born around April 6, is a gorgeous, sleek baby girl with shiny fur and the most adorable, squeaky meow. Several cats from the same location have blue eyes, and because of her sleek lines, we believe she is a Siamese mix. Mystik can be a bit on the timid side and unsure of new people and situations, but she has absolutely blossomed in her current foster home. She comes running when her foster mom says, “Where’s little ma’am?” She loves attention once she gets to know people and happily snuggles with her foster. Treats and wet food are a sure way to win her heart. Mystik will engage in play with toys or a laser pointer, but will still need patience and her own personal life coach and cheerleader! It takes a very special person to adopt a shy cat, but Misty (and all shy kitties) are absolutely worth it. There’s nothing quite gaining the trust of a shy kitten and having them snuggle up beside you purring as they gaze at you with confidence and love.
