About Maggie
Maggie arrived in April 2022, underweight and pregnant. She gave birth to her puppies on April 21st, quickly shifted to motherhood, and handled several challenges—including getting spayed and completing heartworm treatment. As of September 8th, 2022, Maggie has a clean bill of health and is finally able to enjoy life again. She’s an active dog, always eager to play, especially with other dogs. Maggie will wrestle and romp with her friends until they’re worn out, then tuck herself into her crate for a rest—which she doesn’t mind at all. When not playing, Maggie seeks out hands for a thorough, two-handed pet. She’s also crate trained and house trained. Maggie is now searching for a real home where she can continue to thrive.
