About Kane
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Kane is a small, gentle giant tipping the scales at 30 lbs, and his sweet nature will win you over instantly! Despite being completely blind, Kane is quickly learning to navigate his world with the help of his halo. Like any classic Pug, he loves nothing more than curling up for a restful nap—on the couch or in his crate—making him a great fit for a quieter home with laid-back humans. Daily morning and evening walks keep him happy, and he's already made a few furry friends on his neighborhood strolls. Though Kane came into rescue as a stray with injuries from a past dog attack, he still greets other dogs with warmth and friendliness. He’s crate and potty trained, boasting a perfect record in his foster home! Recently, Kane had nares surgery to improve his breathing and is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and will soon complete heartworm treatment. He does require daily drops for his dry eye, but his loving personality and easygoing nature more than make up for the extra care. Kane brings comfort and companionship to everyone he meets, and he’ll help fill your home with joy and affection. Ready to become family? Kane is waiting to meet you! Ready to fall in love?
