About Lady
Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Lady is a charming, medium-sized American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a heart that just craves love and attention. After being surrendered to a city shelter and facing a very uncertain future, she was rescued by a kind-hearted advocate who recognized her sweet and devoted spirit. Lady absolutely adores her humans and loves nothing more than spending time together; she’ll gently nudge you with her unique underbite or spin in circles when she’s excited for a walk. With her short, soft white and red coat, she quickly makes herself at home and is always happiest near her people. Lady is house and crate trained, and settles peacefully in her crate, especially when it's mealtime. She's perfect as the only pet in the household—she prefers a quiet life without other dogs or cats around, and she's looking for a family with older children or an attentive adult or retiree committed to making her feel cherished and secure. Lady can get anxious when left alone and benefits from being crated, as she may become upset and have accidents otherwise. There’s no aggression in her, just a deep need for companionship and routine. If you're seeking a loving, affectionate dog who promises loyalty and endless cuddles in a single pet household, Lady is waiting for her forever home—ready to be the cherished center of your world.
