About Brownie
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Brownie is a sweet, chunky Chihuahua with a brown and tan coat who came into rescue from a challenging background. Having spent time in a hoarding situation, Brownie arrived with his friend Blondie and has shown just how gentle and loving he can be. Though timid at first and prone to hiding, once Brownie feels safe in your arms, he becomes an affectionate companion who showers you with kisses. He enjoys spending time outdoors, always bringing a bit of quirky fun to the yard with his playful antics. Brownie has recently overcome some skin allergies, and his short hair is growing back beautifully with the proper care. He is already neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and house trained, making your transition together much easier. Due to his shy nature, Brownie will thrive best with a patient, experienced adopter who can build his confidence at his own pace. He does well with small dogs but would prefer a home without cats. Questions about Brownie

Chihuahuas typically do well in various living environments, from apartments to houses, as long as they are kept indoors and have a cozy space to call their own. They thrive with close companionship and are happiest being near their people.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Chihuahuas need only a small amount of outdoor space for potty breaks and brief playtime. They enjoy walks but do not require a large yard to stay healthy and content.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Chihuahuas can live happily with respectful older children who understand how to handle small dogs gently. They may be too delicate for very young kids due to their size.
