Tia is a compact, high-spirited young pup with a memorable underbite and a talent for wiggling her way into your heart. She’s about two years old and keeps her energy up with plenty of play and affectionate snuggles. The staff describe her as loving people, keen for belly rubs, and surprisingly easy to walk on leash—she was more interested in cuddling than in the walk itself. Tia is selective with other dogs: she must meet any resident dogs before adoption. She doesn’t love all other dogs, and has a history of reacting aggressively, so she is not suited for dog parks. For homes with existing dogs, careful introduction and possibly muzzle training are a must. Tia thrives on human attention and would benefit from positive reinforcement training, especially for leash reactivity.
