Born March 3, 2019—making her a caring, intuitive Pisces—Rainey has the makings of the dream family companion. She’s known for being calm, gentle, and smart; her quiet presence fills a room. Rainey’s house manners are solid: she’s housetrained and happy indoors whether someone is home or not, and she’ll keep the couch warm for you. She’ll bark when someone comes to the door, but is quick to settle with a single word. She thrives around adults and older children, and gets along with cats and other easy-going dogs but makes it clear she enjoys being the solo center of attention. Young kids are not a fit. Rainey is cheerful on walks, loves her Kong, couches, food, and any kind of family event you’ve got planned. Her leash manners are solid, and she knows her basic commands. Rainey is spayed, vaccinated, and in great health—now a trim, muscled 100 pounds after a dedicated weight-loss journey, thanks to daily two-mile walks she genuinely enjoys. Preference will go to homes with large dog experience, and her safety is the top priority.
