About Tessa
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Tessa adores walks in the woods, indulging in treats, and receiving belly rubs—just spend a few minutes with her and she’ll happily flop over for attention! She’s equally at home spending time on a forest trail or curling up at your feet or by your side for a cozy nap. Tessa gets the cutest burst of energy when she’s in the mood to sprint around the yard, but she isn’t overly hyper and doesn’t require long exercise sessions. Her face lights up at praise, and her eagerness for treats and belly rubs makes her an easy, willing student who already knows commands like "sit" and "paw." While in foster care, Tessa never so much as touched a table or window, refrained from barking or whining, and waited patiently during mealtimes. She showed great bravery overcoming her initial fear of car rides and loud sounds. Tessa can be left alone in the home for extended periods without any destructive behavior, and when you return, she greets you with excitement before quickly settling down again. This loving, goofy companion is waiting for someone special to discover just how wonderful she can be. Fun fact: With a birthday on December 25th, Tessa is a Capricorn, known for their loyal, patient, and dependable nature! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
