Budd arrived at the shelter scared and confused, shutting down completely and refusing to walk on a leash or interact. That’s long gone—he’s opened up into a big, affectionate, happy dog who now greets friends with tail wags and a bright face. He’s still finding confidence with the leash but walks to the play yard with growing ease, especially if you let him set the pace.
