About Penne

Meet Penne! This spunky, golden-coated survivor started off at NYC ACC and has been thriving with her upstate NY foster. Around 3 years old and spayed, Penne is fully vetted and microchipped. She’s a little cautious with new people—sometimes offering a mild grumble at first—but when her trust is earned, she becomes a devoted shadow and affection machine. Penne gets along with dogs and is gentle with cats. She’s also wonderful with respectful kids eight and older. Crate-trained, she finds real comfort in her little den and is a big fan of treats. She already knows "sit," "shake," "gentle," "calm," and "yes," making her a quick study. Toys like BeneBones and Kongs are her go-tos, and she splits her time between snuggling and sprinting around with delight. Penne needs a patient, loving home where her confidence can keep growing. With her combination of smarts, affection, and silly antics, she’ll bring plenty of smiles. She’s a Virgo, so you can expect a certain devoted, grounded sweetness to her nature.
