About Margo
Start your journey together! Apply now. Margo’s life began on the streets of Cairo, IL, where she survived as a stray until a caring individual took her in and gave her a safe place to stay. She gave birth to five lovely kittens the day after arriving at PAWS and has proven herself to be an exceptionally devoted and caring mother. While photographs may not capture her unique beauty, anyone who meets Margo will be struck by her gentle, affectionate presence and loving heart. She is irresistibly sweet, instantly friendly with everyone, and delights in sharing quiet companionship. Calm and quiet, she rarely makes a sound and prefers to spend her time relaxing and soaking up affection. Now that Margo’s kittens are old enough to find their own families, she’s ready to be the center of attention and receive the love she so freely gives. She is spayed, microchipped, and current on her rabies vaccination. Margo has tested positive for FIV, which is only a concern for other cats through deep bites and does not affect humans. With proper care, FIV-positive cats like Margo often lead normal, happy lives with only a slightly shorter expected lifespan. She is ready for a home that will cherish her as much as she deserves. Come meet this extraordinary girl who has so much affection to offer—you may just find your perfect match. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
