About Jesse
Click apply to start the adoption process. Jesse's journey to a loving home has been remarkable. After surviving as a feral cat for most of his life, he’s now experiencing comfort, safety, and trust for the very first time. While Jesse is still getting used to unfamiliar noises and moments, he has made great progress in learning to trust people. He now enjoys sitting in laps, being petted, and having his head, ears, and neck scratched. He's even comfortable enough to let someone trim his nails and pick him up, though he may revert to hiding at first as he settles into a new home. Given time and patience, Jesse will undoubtedly come to love his new family as much as he loves his caretakers now. Jesse gets along well with other cats—Charlie and Sabrina are among his friends—and he would likely benefit from a feline companion. He will thrive best in a calm and understanding environment where patience and gentleness are the norms. Jesse is neutered, up to date on vaccinations (including rabies), FIV negative, and has had a recent dental, so he’s ready for a new loving home. Born around February 21, Jesse is a Pisces—a sign known for its sensitivity and deep affection. Please consider providing Jesse with the loving forever home he deserves, where all his years of courage can be rewarded by many years of companionship. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
