Skinny lost her home in the recent flood, along with six feline siblings. At two years old, Skinny arrived with Emmy, Boo, Skeeter, Fuzzy, and Yogi, and does best in a home with another cat—ideally one of her siblings, but she would likely settle in with a friendly resident cat too. Shelter life was a hard adjustment at first. In the beginning, Skinny wouldn’t let anyone near her kennel, but now she’s making strong progress. She prefers not to be picked up but enjoys gentle petting. Skinny is house trained and gets along well with both other cats and children.
