About Skinny

Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Skinny’s previous owner was displaced by a flood and, heartbreakingly, had to find a new home for most of her beloved cats—including Skinny, who is just 2 years old. Skinny came to the shelter with several siblings, including Emmy, Boo, Skeeter, Fuzzy, and Yogi, and would thrive in a household with another cat, especially if one happens to be a familiar sibling. She has adapted impressively well to shelter life. Initially, Skinny was very shy and reluctant to have her kennel cleaned, but now she lounges comfortably in a room and is doing wonderfully. Skinny isn’t a fan of being picked up, but she adores gentle pets and attention. If you’re hoping for a feline companion who loves affection and would enjoy a calm and loving environment, Skinny is waiting for you. Think you are the one? Submit an application!
