Kobe is a 5- to 6-month-old domestic shorthair who arrived at the rescue with his sister and siblings. While he had some recurring abscesses early on, surgery has resolved the issue and his prognosis looks good. Kobe tends to be a bit shy at first but has been warming up around people, especially during office hours. He prefers to stay close to those he trusts and often shadows another cat named Kit, who seems to give him a sense of comfort. Kobe would thrive with a feline companion, ideally Kit or another friendly cat to help him feel secure. He does well with other cats and gets along with dogs as well.
