Meet Phyllis! Phyllis was a city impound, and is between 6 and 7 years old. Phyllis can be a little shy and timid, especially towards newer people. So, patience would have to be needed with this one. She can also be a tad bit feisty! But being in a home that is quiet would sure help this gal. We believe as time went on she would know she was safe, and become more comfortable with you.
