About Howard
Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Howard is proof that even a big former tomcat can have a heart full of love to give. Once a stray, he now thrives on the affection and attention of people, soaking up every pet and scratch you’re willing to offer. Howard has a special fondness for sunlit, cozy nap spots and can often be found curled up in a pile with the other cats, especially those closer to his age. While he sometimes shows his grumpy side with younger, energetic felines, he does well living alongside older cats who share his laidback vibe. Howard’s ideal home would be one with plenty of soft places to relax and, most importantly, a human companion to dote on him. He would do best with other mellow cats and in households with older children or adults. Vaccinations are current, and he’s already neutered, making him ready for his forever home.
