Her rescue story began when she was found sitting in the middle of the road; she immediately trusted her rescuer and hopped right in the car. After overcoming malnutrition and devouring her initial small meals, she blossomed into the picture of health she is now. Junie is a testament to the importance of heartworm prevention—it truly saves lives. She is fully vetted, vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed, and her adoption comes with a complimentary veterinary exam. Junie is house trained and dog friendly, though she is not suited for homes with cats. If you're seeking a loving companion with a warm, affectionate spirit, Junie is ready to meet her perfect match.
