About Winnie
Winnie is a smart, loyal German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix with a dash of sass, looking for her ride-or-die person in Tucson, AZ. At 3 years old and a sturdy large size, she’s the perfect companion for those who want a deep bond with their dog. She lives for fetch, adores car rides, and proudly shows off her sit and stay skills. House trained and eager to please, Winnie will quickly become your devoted shadow. Winnie thrives as the only pet and shows a strong preference for being your one-and-only—call it lone wolf energy. She does not get along with cats or other dogs, but she is great with older children (elementary age and up). She may pull on leash, so she needs someone comfortable handling her enthusiasm outdoors. She has a funny “talking growl” that comes out when she’s happy, giving her a unique personality. Winnie is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. As a Capricorn, she’s steadfast and determined—a loyal companion through and through. Winnie has watched many find homes while she waits for her own person. Time to change that. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
