About Dewey
Dewey is a charming black and white Pekingese with a bold independent streak. At just over a year and a half old, Dewey loves the company of other dogs and is happiest when there's a playmate near his age to romp around with. He prefers a home with another dog and needs lots of activities and exercise to burn off his busy energy. While he’ll stop for a cuddle now and then, he’s eager to get back to exploring. He isn’t looking for a home with children and will do best with adults who are home most of the day. A fenced yard is non-negotiable for Dewey—he thrives with space to run and play safely. Dewey is neutered, up to date on shots, and is currently working on his house-training skills. He cooperates well for grooming. Dewey loves his brother Louie but is ready to find a home of his own where his unique spirit will be appreciated. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
