Jack
AvailableJack is a gray and white domestic medium hair cat, just over a year old and medium-sized, living in Bolton, CT. He is neutered, house trained, vaccinated, and has a medium-length coat. He is young and friendly, and will be adopted with his bonded brother Oscar.
About Jack
Meet Jack and his brother Oscar, a bonded pair searching for a home together. Jack stands out as the confident one—he’s outgoing, friendly, and quick to bond with people, other cats, and even dogs. He’s affectionate, playful, and enjoys sleeping close to his humans. Oscar is much more reserved. While he’s gentle and sweet, he needs a patient and understanding family who can give him the safety and time to open up. Oscar is food motivated and will occasionally let loose a little squeak when he’s comfortable; he follows Jack’s lead and gains confidence from his presence. These two will only be adopted as a pair. Jack and Oscar share a deep bond, and Oscar relies on Jack to feel safe. They need adopters who can offer patience with Oscar as he settles in, but you’ll be rewarded with one social cuddlebug and one quiet companion. Both cats have been around dogs, other cats, and respectful children with the right introductions. Their adoption fee is already sponsored in part, lowering the cost to $300 for the pair. They are spayed/neutered, microchipped (with lifetime registration), age-appropriately vaccinated, and negative for FelV/FIV. They go home with a starter kit of goodies for an easy transition. If you’re looking for a duo that truly needs each other, Jack and Oscar could be your match. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
