Baxter swept Pet of the Month at Antebellum Ale House—he mingled with the entire patio, showed perfect manners, and resisted the temptations of someone’s Reuben sandwich (though he did accept a few potato chips from his foster mom). He’s genuinely social and quickly becomes the crowd favorite wherever he goes. Polite at every table, Baxter’s proud of his event swag but is mostly focused on one thing: finally getting a home of his own. Baxter is microchipped, fully vaccinated, neutered, and has had some initial service dog training. He’s house trained, eager to please, and adapts well to new environments. While Baxter gets along beautifully with dogs and children, he’s not a fit for homes with cats. With his brindle and white coloring and small Boxer/Terrier frame, he brings both good looks and a stellar temperament. Born January 8th, making him a Capricorn—independent and loyal.
