Brady
AvailableBrady is a young, large shepherd with a short coat and a striking mix of black, brown, and cream colors. He is neutered and vaccinated, giving him a great health foundation. Brady is currently in Chiefland, FL, and has been vetted for common concerns, with any minor issues addressed. He gets along with children and other dogs, and his sweet, cautious nature makes him a good fit for many families, especially those ready to provide some guidance and patience.
About Brady
Brady arrived with his brother Tebow after Hurricane Idalia, likely spooked by the storm or displaced by damage. Despite efforts to find their original home, nobody came forward, so now they're hoping for a fresh start. Brady has the look of a shepherd mix, and at around seven months old, he’s settling into his own personality—gentle, sweet, and friendly but a bit more cautious than his brother. He tends to observe and follow Tebow’s lead but gains confidence with patient encouragement. Brady would do well in most family settings and appears to get along with kids and other dogs; proper introductions are always important. He’s still learning the ropes with manners and isn’t confident on a leash yet, but that’s typical for a young dog who hasn’t had much structure. A harness and consistency will help him adjust. Brady has been thoroughly vetted and, aside from a few treatable parasites and a positive erlichiosis test that may never affect him, his overall health is good. He’s up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and on preventive care. Brady’s journey hasn’t been straightforward, but he’s ready for stability and kindness in a home where he can keep growing.
