About Iceman
Your new best friend is just one click away. Meet Iceman, a special orange tabby with striking white accents and, most notably, fantastic extra toes on all four paws—he's a true polydactyl! Iceman was found outdoors alongside another cat but, true to his cool name, he's a bit aloof with other cats and seems to prefer being the center of attention as the only feline in the home. He thrives on human company, eagerly jumping into laps and gently tapping your foot when mealtime arrives. While Iceman will charm you with his sassy personality and food motivation, he can sometimes get overexcited and playfully grab at feet—usually with claws in, but any future adopter should be comfortable reading his moods. Iceman is a special-needs kitty, as he has been diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). The good news is that his condition is currently stable with medication, and his vet feels that yearly echocardiograms are not required at this time—future rechecks will just be as needed. Due to his unique health and personality, he would do best in a home with an experienced cat owner and as a solo pet, enjoying all the love and treats you can give. Iceman's adoption fee is waived for the right approved adopter, making it even easier to give this special boy the loving, one-of-a-kind home he deserves. He will come to you spayed/neutered, vaccinated, FeLV/FIV negative, microchipped, and with a fun starter goody bag, including food, toys, and a free month of pet insurance. Fun astrological fact: Born on March 24th, Iceman is an Aries—a sign known for boldness and adventurous spirit, perfectly suiting his one-of-a-kind personality! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
