About Georgie
Georgie came into rescue with his sister Maddie after they were found in St. Paris as stray kittens around four months old. After some time in foster care with a seasoned Paws Animal Shelter tech, they landed at the shelter to find permanent homes. When they arrived, both were pretty timid, but Georgie always showed a bit more confidence. He quickly warms up to people, purring and seeking attention as soon as hands reach out to him. With time spent in the adult cat room, Georgie has blossomed; now he comes straight out to greet visitors and is always up for a treat or a play session. He’s playful but not wild, enjoys affection, and makes it easy for people to fall for him. Georgie gets along well with other cats and kids, making him versatile for various households. Being born on June 1, he’s a sociable Gemini—curious and quick to adapt. He’d be an easy fit for any family looking for a gentle, sweet companion. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
