Chuck
AvailableChuck is a young, neutered male mixed-breed Terrier/Belgian Shepherd with a striking brindle coat. Chuck is in Greenbelt, MD and looking for his next home.
About Chuck
Chuck needs a foster fast. He’s an oversized, goofy, loving two-year-old who packs a ton of personality into his 60-pound brindle body. Despite losing his vision to cataracts at a young age, Chuck bounced back after surgery and has a whole new outlook—literally. He sometimes hesitates with new people at first, but warms up quickly into his sweet, playful self. Other dogs get the best of his patience, even the small or excitable ones. He’s social, loves walks, knows his basic commands, and is both crate trained and housebroken. Chuck would fit in as a solo dog but would genuinely thrive with another canine in the house. Peanut butter, music, ear scratches, and nose rubs are among his pleasures. Having spent much of his life with vision loss, Chuck needs someone who can help him adjust to the big world now that he can see. Chuck’s rescue will support his adopter with training as he continues to settle in. Can you help Chuck discover just how good life can get? Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
