About Scout

They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Scout and her six siblings had quite the dramatic start, being rescued from under an abandoned house at only two weeks old. Since then, she and her siblings have thrived in a loving foster environment, cared for alongside their sweet mother, Raina. Raina, a docile yellow lab mix weighing around 40 pounds, has already found her forever home, but the identity of their dad remains a mystery—possibly a black lab, judging by the puppies’ black and white coats, with a couple sporting unique brindle patterns. Whatever their mix, these puppies are certainly eye-catching! Scout stands out from her littermates as the shy one, but she’s responding well to extra attention, slowly building her confidence around new people. At just under 40 pounds and sporting a sleek, shiny tuxedo-like coat, Scout is a real beauty and is expected to grow to about 50 pounds as an adult. She is up to date on her puppy vaccinations, is receiving preventative care, and is scheduled to be spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies very soon. If you wish to welcome a gentle soul into your life, don’t miss the chance to meet Scout. She’s waiting for the perfect match! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
