Sandy is a petite white and tan Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix who’s about 5 and a half years old. She’s been spayed and her vaccinations are up to date. Sandy has her quirks—she does not want to be picked up, and she isn’t interested in cuddling on laps. What she does enjoy is the company of other dogs, and she gets her comfort from being part of a canine group rather than seeking a lot of attention from people. Sandy goes about her days quietly and doesn’t cause any trouble, as long as she’s in a home where her need for space is respected. She needs adopters who understand her and are willing to let her be herself. Fun fact: Sandy is a Scorpio, so she’s independent and dislikes being fussed over.
