About Mika
Mika is one of our longest residents at the sanctuary, and while she’s cautious in new situations, she reveals her loving side in a calm home. She won’t actively seek out attention but when approached, she shows affection with enthusiastic purrs. Mika enjoys the company of other cats, often charming even the grumpiest of them with gentle headbutts. Though she doesn't like being picked up, she loves being brushed and groomed. She has a minor medical condition stemming from a past ear infection, which gives her a slight head tilt. This does not hinder her daily activities—she’s still agile enough to conquer the tallest cat trees. Mika has also been around a high-energy dog without showing any concern. Consider giving Mika a chance to bring some joy into your life. She’s waiting for her forever home!
