Frankie was a feral, outdoor kitty who is adjusting very well to indoor life. He recently underwent a full mouth extraction for dental disease and more recently diagnosed as a Diabetic and started on medication daily. This boy is still learning to trust but getting better every day! He is a good boy and deserves a loving home. He really is so special and we know he has a special person out there for him <3
