About Moose
Moose lives life at full speed. He has a goofy streak, a huge personality, and wants nothing more than to tag along with his favorite people—classic velcro dog. Toys, fetch, and tug are his passions, and he’ll make sure you’re holding the toy for a good game. Despite his energy, Moose has solid house manners, is reliably house trained, and sleeps soundly through the night. He travels well in the car, handles new things with a calm head, and already knows how to sit. Moose thrives in a structured, active household that can keep up with his energy and provide clear, consistent guidance. He’s working on leash skills and can get reactive with familiar routes, so patience and continued training are needed. When overstimulated, he can get mouthy, but he responds well to firm boundaries. Moose does best meeting other dogs with slow introductions—he enjoys canine company once he feels comfortable. He cannot live with cats and will need a cat-free home. After a play session, Moose is just as happy curled up for a cuddle or snoozing quietly in his crate. If you want a loyal, affectionate goofball who brings fun wherever he goes, Moose is waiting in Fredericksburg, VA. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
