Drake Cake spent his early years surviving on the street, living as a feral dog and learning to keep his guard up. He was rescued among nearly thirty other dogs, and at first, the world indoors seemed too much. He hid away, seeking shelter behind crates, unsure of people’s intentions. Over time, through patient care and slow routines, he's learning to trust. These days, the crate is still his comfort zone, but he’ll venture out to join the pack in play and sometimes even nap on his foster mom's bed with the other dogs. Drake Cake is house and crate trained. He’s got a soft spot for treats and food, which helps him build trust with new people. He needs someone who can offer patience, understanding, and a nurturing environment so he can continue to grow into a confident companion.
