About Fig
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Meet Fig, the adorable young lady who's ready to steal your heart! Born around May 2024, this super cute low rider American Bully is as charming as they come. Fig is working toward her ideal weight of 35 pounds, currently weighing in at 40, and is thriving on a healthy, low-calorie diet. You'll notice her beautiful fawn coloring, wrinkly face, and striking light green eyes that make her shine in the sun. She has a playful spirit, loves cuddles, and wants to be the center of attention—if you're ready for a snuggly companion who also enjoys playtime and walks, Fig is your girl! Her favorite activities range from morning naps and sunbathing to playing fetch, tug, and giving all the cuddles on the couch. Fig gets along well with other dogs, especially after slow introductions, and she’s done great with older children. She is happiest as the star of the show and may do best in a home with older kids due to her excitable greetings. She is house trained and sleeps comfortably through the night, sometimes in her special "apartment" (bedroom pen) and sometimes in bed with her people. Fig loves walks and is leash trained, but loud noises still make her a bit nervous, so she appreciates soft music and a calm routine when home alone. Her foster family describes her as sweet, affectionate, and a wonderful couch companion—she’s also learned basic commands like sit and stay, and is making excellent progress with her manners. Once found roaming the streets of San Francisco, Fig is now a healthy, happy, and loyal companion waiting to start her next chapter with a forever family. If you want a loving, playful, and cuddly addition to your home, Fig is waiting for you at NorCal Bully Breed Rescue. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
