When she first arrived at NAWS, she was hesitant to even let anyone in her cage. She was never mean, but always hidden. She was nervous to trust the volunteers and show them her true personality, which is truly wonderful. Daisy is a sweet girl who is now very willing to show people her true self. We think she’d like you to know that her true self is a cutie who patiently waits for love but who will also come to her condo doors for people she knows, looking for head scratches and some attention. She will show you love in her own way that includes looking longingly at her people, burrowing her face in their hands, and giving them kisses. Don’t let her grumpy face fool you…She is a happy girl who is getting more and more curious every day. It is taking her a little bit of time to get used to being with so many other feline friends, but she is handling her transition to the shelter so well. We know this means she is ready to transition to her forever home where she has everything she needs, including people to love her and guide her.
