This handsome 5-year-old brown tabby boy was found in a Walmart parking lot, weaving in and out between cars, looking for food. He was terrified of people and at first, but he was thankfully safe. Thanks to the love and patience of his rescuer, little by little, Shaq regained his trust in humans. His foster has stated that his transformation has been awesome! Now Shaq's favorite pastime is to sit in the laps of his fosters or near them on the bed - he shares his sweet purr. He is desperate for human attention and love, but he likes affection to be on his terms - he knows what he wants and likes. He is good around a group of people and even likes to be carried around in their arms. He loves to sleep in bed with his foster and will purr showing his contentment. He loves to be talked to and is interested in having conversations. Shaq is quite playful, and he likes toys. He is not always comfortable around other cats and would prefer to be someone's special one-and-only. Shaq is so grateful to be off the streets and truly just wants to be loved.
