About Leigh
*** If you have any questions or would like to meet any of our adoptable cats, email catadoptions@nawsus.org. Please include a cell number and check your SPAM folder if you do not receive a timely response. Meet Leigh! This adorable lynx point male kitten, born 5/5/25, is looking for a special adopter. He is a special needs kitten that is hoping for find an understanding and compassionate person that recognizes he is worthy of love and is willing to help him with his special needs. He is a great young cat that will pay his adopter back several times over with all his love and devotion. Leigh came to NAWS with scratches on one of his eyes - these corneal scars cause his eye to weep/tear more than normal. However, we believe he still has vision in that eye and it doesn't seem to bother him - it is just cosmetically different. Leigh also has had chronic upper respiratory symptoms, usually congestion or stuffiness in his nose. He has not been contagious to other cats in his foster home. He is currently taking a daily gel supplement which may be recommended longer term. Obviously, it is harder to find a home for a kitten such as Leigh, but we hope you will consider him. Be his hero - this is what rescue is all about...giving a loving home to a kitten in need. Life hasn't been fair to this young boy so far and he deserves to be spoiled rotten. His foster describes him as the sweetest cat ever. He is incredibly social and loving. Leigh just wants to be where his people are. He is great with other cats and purrs ALL the time. He is very soft. Want to help care for him while he waits to find his forever home? You can be a "Sponsor!"
